1. Introduction
These Referral & Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions ("Program Terms") govern participation in the referral and ambassador program (the "Program") offered by Jaikul CMC Limited, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 466127, trading as Nummus Wallet ("Nummus", "we", "us", or "our"), through nummuswallet.com and related subdomains (the "Platform").
These Program Terms supplement and should be read together with the general Nummus Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy (together, the "Nummus Agreements"). If there is a conflict between these Program Terms and the Nummus Agreements, the Nummus Agreements prevail, except in respect of matters that relate specifically to referral rewards, referral tracking, or ambassador conduct, in which case these Program Terms prevail.
By registering as an ambassador, generating or sharing a referral link or invite code, or otherwise participating in the Program in any capacity, you ("Ambassador", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Program Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Program.
Nummus Wallet card products are issued and/or processed by JDB and delivered via the BipTap/Omni platform. Nothing in these Program Terms creates any obligation on the part of JDB or BipTap/Omni, who are not party to the Program.
2. Definitions
- "Ambassador" means an individual who has registered to participate in the Program via the
/earnpage or another Nummus-approved registration flow and has been issued a unique Invite Code. - "Ambassador Dashboard" means the private page at
/dashboard, accessible only via an Ambassador's unique dashboard token, where an Ambassador can view their Invite Code, referral link, Nummus Tag, referral statistics, and Total Earned. - "Credited Referral" means a referral that has satisfied the conditions in Section 6 (New Contact Requirement) and has been permanently recorded against the referring Ambassador in the Referral Ledger.
- "Customer" means a Referred Person who holds any active paid Nummus plan (Virtual, Plus, Pro, or Premium).
- "Invite Code" means the unique alphanumeric code issued to an Ambassador for the purpose of attributing new sign-ups to that Ambassador.
- "Leaderboard" means the public page at
/leaderboarddisplaying Ambassador usernames and referral statistics. - "Leaderboard Username" means the public display name (first name plus three random digits) shown for an Ambassador on the Leaderboard.
- "Nummus Tag" means the payment handle nominated by an Ambassador, used by Nummus to identify and route Reward payments to the correct Ambassador account.
- "Program" means the Nummus referral and ambassador program described in these Program Terms, comprising the public entry point (
/earn), the referral capture page (/refer), the Ambassador Dashboard (/dashboard), and the Leaderboard (/leaderboard). - "Qualifying Event" means one of the specific actions listed in Section 7 (Rewards) that must be completed by a Referred Person in order for a Reward to be earned.
- "Referral Ledger" means the permanent internal record maintained by Nummus of every Credited Referral, used to prevent duplicate or re-attributed crediting of the same person.
- "Referred Person" means an individual who signs up to Nummus using, or is otherwise attributed to, an Ambassador's Invite Code or referral link.
- "Reward" means any cash amount payable to an Ambassador under Section 7 upon a Referred Person completing a Qualifying Event.
- "Total Earned" means the cumulative value of all Rewards credited to an Ambassador's account, as shown on the Ambassador Dashboard.
3. Eligibility
To register and participate as an Ambassador, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
- Not be a resident of, or otherwise connected to, a jurisdiction in which Nummus does not offer the Program or has restricted access to it;
- Complete registration via
/earn(or another Nummus-approved flow) and select a unique Leaderboard Username; - Not already hold an Ambassador account (each individual may hold only one Ambassador account); and
- Comply with these Program Terms and, where applicable, the Nummus Agreements, at all times.
You are not eligible to earn or retain Rewards if Nummus determines, in its sole discretion, that you have:
- Registered or attempted to register more than one Ambassador account;
- Referred yourself, an account you control, or an account you have a financial or beneficial interest in (see Section 8.1);
- Provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with the Program; or
- Otherwise breached these Program Terms.
Being a Nummus Wallet customer is not required to become an Ambassador. Ambassadors may register at /earn independently of holding a Nummus account.
4. Becoming an Ambassador
4.1 Registering at /earn issues you a unique Invite Code and a shareable referral link. A confirmation of your Invite Code is also sent internally to Nummus.
4.2 You select a Leaderboard Username at the point most convenient in the sign-up flow. Leaderboard Usernames must be unique; Nummus may require you to choose a different username if your first choice is already taken, offensive, impersonates a third party, or otherwise breaches these Program Terms. You may change your Leaderboard Username at any time via the Ambassador Dashboard.
4.3 Your Nummus Tag can be set once via the Ambassador Dashboard. Once saved, the Nummus Tag becomes read-only and can only be changed by Nummus support upon request. You are responsible for ensuring your Nummus Tag is accurate, as it is used to determine where Rewards are paid — Nummus is not responsible for Rewards paid to an incorrect Nummus Tag that you supplied.
4.4 You may not refer yourself. Nummus applies automated and manual checks to detect and block self-referral (see Section 8.1).
5. How a Referral Is Made
5.1 A referral occurs when a visitor either (a) clicks your shareable referral link, or (b) arrives at /refer and enters your Invite Code.
5.2 Nummus tracks clicks and unique visitors to referral links on a per-browser-session basis using a locally generated visitor identifier. This data is stored in Nummus's referral database and is used for internal reporting and fraud detection; it does not by itself result in a Credited Referral or a Reward.
5.3 A visitor arriving via /refer may leave their email address to register interest. That email address is checked against Nummus's HubSpot CRM records at the point of submission.
5.4 Sign-up to a Nummus account itself takes place on Nummus's card issuing partner's hosted sign-up page (card.nummuswallet.com), not on /refer. A visitor who does not complete sign-up after visiting /refer will not generate a Credited Referral.
6. New Contact Requirement
6.1 A referral is only credited to you if the Referred Person's email address is new to Nummus's systems at the time of submission — that is, it does not already exist as a contact in Nummus's HubSpot CRM.
6.2 If the submitted email address already exists in HubSpot (for example, because the person previously signed up, enquired, or was referred by someone else), your Invite Code is disregarded for that person, no referral is credited, and no Reward is or will become payable in respect of that person, regardless of any subsequent action they take.
6.3 Once an email address has been credited to an Ambassador, that email address is permanently written to the Referral Ledger. The same person cannot subsequently be credited a second time, whether under the same Invite Code, a different Invite Code, or by a different Ambassador. Existing HubSpot contacts cannot be re-attributed to a new Ambassador.
7. Qualifying Events and Rewards
7.1 No Reward is earned merely because a Referred Person signs up, clicks a link, or leaves an email address. A Reward is earned only when a Credited Referral goes on to complete one of the following Qualifying Events. For the purposes of this table, a "qualifying transaction" means a single crypto-to-fiat transaction of at least $10; other transaction types, or crypto-to-fiat transactions below this amount, do not trigger this Reward.
| Qualifying Event | Reward |
|---|---|
| KYC completed | $5 |
| First crypto-to-fiat transaction of $10 or more | $10 |
| Physical card purchased on the Virtual plan | $5 |
| Plus card purchased | $15 |
| Pro card purchased | $40 |
| Premium card purchased | $80 |
7.2 Rewards are paid per Qualifying Event completed by a Credited Referral, not per referral generated. A single Credited Referral may generate more than one Reward over time as they progress through multiple Qualifying Events — for example, a Credited Referral who completes KYC, then makes a qualifying $10+ crypto-to-fiat transaction, then buys a physical card on the Virtual plan, and later upgrades to Pro, would generate Rewards of $5 + $10 + $5 + $40 = $60 in total — unless stated otherwise on the Platform at the relevant time.
7.3 Nummus reserves the right to change the Reward amounts, add or remove Qualifying Events, or introduce caps or limits on Rewards at any time, in accordance with Section 12 (Program Changes).
7.4 Your Ambassador Dashboard displays your Total Earned, a breakdown of Rewards by milestone, and a funnel view of your Credited Referrals' progress (see Section 9). Total Earned is synced back to your HubSpot contact record whenever it changes.
7.5 A Reward is provisional until Nummus has verified that the underlying Qualifying Event genuinely occurred and was not the result of error, abuse, or a since-reversed transaction (for example, a card purchase that is subsequently refunded or charged back). Nummus may withhold, adjust, or reverse a Reward that was credited in error or as a result of a reversed underlying transaction.
8. Fraud and Abuse Prevention
8.1 Self-referral is prohibited. You may not use your own Invite Code, sign up using your own referral link, or refer any account you own, control, or have a financial or beneficial interest in. Nummus applies automated checks and may apply manual review to detect self-referral; any Rewards found to relate to self-referral will be void and reversed, and your Ambassador account may be suspended or terminated.
8.2 No re-attribution of existing contacts. As set out in Section 6, a person who already exists as a HubSpot contact cannot be newly attributed to you, regardless of how they arrived at /refer or which Invite Code they entered.
8.3 One credit per person, ever. Each email address can be credited to the Program once only, across its entire history, per Section 6.3.
8.4 Leaderboard eligibility. Only individuals who register through the Program's referral flow appear on the Leaderboard. Nummus reserves the right to remove, hide, or adjust Leaderboard entries that it determines were obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative conduct.
8.5 Discount eligibility. The 10% sign-up discount referenced on the Platform is available only to Referred Persons who sign up using a valid, registered Invite Code. Codes that are not registered in Nummus's system, or that fail the checks in Section 6, do not qualify a Referred Person for the discount.
8.6 General anti-abuse. You must not engage in any conduct designed to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Program, including but not limited to: creating or attempting to create multiple Ambassador accounts; using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate clicks, visits, or sign-ups; coordinating with other individuals to artificially inflate referral counts; exploiting a technical error or system fault; or submitting false or misleading information about a Referred Person. Nummus may suspend or terminate your Ambassador account, and void any Rewards connected with the relevant conduct, if it determines in its reasonable discretion that you have engaged in any of the above.
9. Funnel Stage Definitions
For transparency, the stages shown in your Ambassador Dashboard funnel are defined as follows, based on data held in Nummus's HubSpot CRM:
- Lead — the Referred Person has a recorded
signup_date, meaning they have signed up via Nummus's card issuing partner's hosted sign-up page. - MQL — KYC has been requested or rejected, or the person has been marked ineligible.
- SQL / KYC Completed — the person's KYC has been approved.
- Customer — the person holds any active paid plan (Virtual, Plus, Pro, or Premium).
These definitions may be updated by Nummus from time to time as its KYC and onboarding processes evolve; the version in effect at the time is the version that applies to Reward eligibility.
10. Data Collection and Use
10.1 By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that Nummus collects and processes the following data in connection with the Program:
- Referral activity data (clicks, unique visitor identifiers, referral link visits), stored in Nummus's Supabase database, used for tracking and fraud prevention.
- Ambassador and Referred Person data, stored in Nummus's HubSpot CRM, which may include: Invite Code,
referred_byattribution, KYC status, current plan,signup_date, Total Earned, Ambassador Dashboard token, Nummus Tag, and Leaderboard Username.
10.2 This data is used to operate the Program, calculate and pay Rewards, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and display statistics to you via the Ambassador Dashboard and Leaderboard. Your Leaderboard Username (not your full name, email, or Nummus Tag) is the only Program data made publicly visible.
10.3 Data collected in connection with the Program is handled in accordance with Nummus's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and processing described in that policy and in this Section 10.
10.4 Your Ambassador Dashboard token is unique to you and is not intended to be shared. You are responsible for keeping your dashboard link confidential; Nummus is not responsible for any consequence of you sharing it with a third party.
11. Payouts
11.1 When a Reward is earned, Nummus is notified internally (currently via a Slack notification to its payouts team) identifying the Ambassador, the Referred Person, the relevant Qualifying Event, and the amount owed. This internal notification is how Nummus determines who to pay and how much — it is not itself a confirmation of payment to you.
11.2 Rewards are paid to the Nummus Tag you have on file, in accordance with any payout schedule, minimum threshold, or payment method Nummus specifies on the Platform from time to time. Nummus may update its payout process, schedule, or method at any time.
11.3 It is your responsibility to ensure your Nummus Tag is correct. Nummus is not liable for a Reward paid to an incorrect Nummus Tag that you provided, and is under no obligation to re-pay a Reward lost as a result.
11.4 Rewards may be delayed, withheld, or declined where Nummus reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Program Terms, pending the outcome of its review.
11.5 You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from Rewards you receive. Nummus does not provide tax advice and may, where required by applicable law, report Reward payments to relevant tax authorities.
12. Program Changes
12.1 Nummus reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to: modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any part of it; change Reward amounts, Qualifying Events, or eligibility criteria; change how referrals are tracked or credited; or impose new conditions, caps, or restrictions on the Program.
12.2 Where reasonably practicable, Nummus will give advance notice of material changes via the Platform or by email. Changes take effect from the date specified in the notice, or immediately where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal/regulatory reasons.
12.3 Rewards already earned and credited in compliance with these Program Terms as they stood at the time will not be retroactively reduced or removed as a result of a subsequent change to the Program, except where the Reward is subject to reversal under Section 7.5 or Section 8.
12.4 If Nummus discontinues the Program entirely, it will provide reasonable notice and a wind-down period during which accrued, verified Rewards can still be paid out, provided Ambassadors' Nummus Tags are on file and accurate.
13. Suspension and Termination
13.1 Nummus may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program, your Ambassador account, or your access to the Ambassador Dashboard, at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached these Program Terms, the Nummus Agreements, or applicable law, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
13.2 You may stop participating in the Program at any time by ceasing to share your referral link and Invite Code. Referrals already credited prior to your withdrawal remain subject to these Program Terms.
13.3 Upon termination for breach, fraud, or abuse, any unpaid Rewards connected with the relevant conduct will be forfeited. Where termination is not related to breach, fraud, or abuse, Nummus will use reasonable efforts to pay out any Rewards already verified as owed at the time of termination.
14. Liability
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nummus is not liable for: any technical error, outage, or delay affecting referral tracking, crediting, or payout; any loss arising from a Reward being withheld, reversed, or forfeited in accordance with these Program Terms; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Program.
14.2 Nummus's determination as to whether a referral qualifies as a Credited Referral, whether a Qualifying Event has occurred, and whether conduct amounts to fraud or abuse under Section 8, is made in good faith and, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law, is final.
14.3 Nothing in these Program Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire agreement. These Program Terms, together with the Nummus Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nummus in relation to the Program and supersede any prior understanding on the subject.
15.2 Severability. If any provision of these Program Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
15.3 No waiver. Nummus's failure to enforce any provision of these Program Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
15.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Program Terms. Nummus may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Program Terms at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
15.5 Relationship. Nothing in these Program Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Nummus. You participate in the Program as an independent participant.
15.6 Governing law. These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Program Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
15.7 Contact. Questions about the Program can be directed to support@nummuswallet.com.
